The original data was obtained from the FEMA flood map service center (https://msc.fema.gov/portal/home) and synthesized into a statewide data layer. <\/div><div>3. Paper FIRMs digitized by DCRA staff. These represent the first digitization of the paper FIRM products offered by FEMA.
