Service Description: Tribal Assistance by Community depicts the communities served by the various Alaska Native Health System Regions where residence are eligible to receive utility assistance. This service was designed specifically for the DCRA RUBA program to identify agencies who can provide tribal members with assistance paying utility bills. There may be other tribal assistance that does not pertain to utilities available in a community that are not listed in this service. <div><br /></div><div>The Alaska Native Health Region boundaries are based on a map from Southcentral Foundation (<a href='https://www.southcentralfoundation.com/about-us/who-we-serve/'>Who We Serve - Southcentral Foundation</a>). These boundaries mostly follow the <a href='https://dcra-cdo-dcced.opendata.arcgis.com/maps/a45c5586a2114fc9a86e283ab40d72bc/explore' target='_blank'>ANCSA Regional Corporation Boundaries</a> with some modifications. </div>
