Map Image Layer powering the web map "Rural Broadband Status Web Map" for use in broadband storymap and dashboards.

This map image layer contains two layers published from GISP, "Broadband Status Rural and non-Rural" and "Broadband Status Non-Tribal Communities".

Broadband Status Tribes contains a aggregate table for the 228 Alaska tribes. The table uses fields modified from DCRA Certified populations, FCC Form 477, Ookla summary data, poverty analysis data based on census 2019, and a summary table from the 2021 broadband task report draft (Appendix E). These layers were assembled in ArcPro using the project "DCRA_Broadband_App".

"Broadband Status Non Tribal Communities" contains a shorter table for all communities, with a definition query to remove communities with one or more associated tribes. It contains the DCCED Certified Populations and summary FCC Form 477 and Ookla data, less detailed than the tribes layer.
